Its over two years, I have been living here. The environment and the management is really good. The resident manager Joanna is so nice and doing incredible job. She always listens to the queries and concerns and always reacts in no time. So, 10/10 for the her and the staff.
I have been living in Pacific Park Apartments for more than 4 years and I can really recommend this place to all people who need an apartment. The place is near to bus stop and No frills store. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The space of apartments is huge. The building is in good location, easy to get around with public transportation, about 10 minutes to Skytrain.Also, I would like to say a big thank you Joanna, who is the manager in Pacific Park Apartments. Whenever I had questions or need help she did her best. The service is quick. She is always super polite , nice and communicative, always gives the best service to tenants. I really appreciate Joanna's hard work and kindness.

This is my first time living in an apartment complex. I must say, the Surrey Village has been more than home. The apartment management team and the maintenance crew are at the most efficient and reliable personnel I've ever come to known. The people living here are awesome. It's both family orientated community, mixed with college students, which by the way, respect the community and know to abide the rules. And looking forward to the new gym and social room!!!!
I moved here on September and have been living here for about two months now. The building manager, Myint, is such a friendly and helpful person. She is very responsive and her helps made the hectic move smoother.
Front office staff are always amazing and welcoming. Had an issue recently and Megan resolved it right away even though they were closing soon. Repairs are done asap and the maintenance guys are always super nice. Sunny always makes sure to say hi when people walk by!

This place is very peaceful and convenient. What I mean is that the management is taking such good care of the building and support requests that living here has been such a peaceful experience and finally, convenient in a way that the bus stops are right there, gas station us so close, the plaza at 96 and 128 makes getting coffee from Starbucks easy and most of all, the City Center train station being the best benefit of all. The new manager, Selina, is very compassionate and a great listener. Most of the problems reported are resolved in 24 hours to 48 hours. Most of all, she is always available to talk if need be. Her professional conduct makes me think how seriously she takes her job and complaints. Finally, I would recommend people looking for apartments to live in Surrey to come by to check out the three awesome building available before looking elsewhere. Keep up the great work!
The building is pretty nice especially the lobby. Selena is a God sent honestly. Probably the best landlord we have ever had. Very understanding, attentive, had few concerns at this place anyway. However, the few times we did have concerns it was dealt with the same day.
My brother has been living here for 2 years in one of the "ELITE" suites and he loves it. They are putting a gym in the buildingthis year and mmy brother is so excited because he is a trainer and this will save him having to pay a membership each month. He said he likes that they are open 7 days a week and that the staff have always been very helpfull and nice people.
