CHARTWELL IMPERIAL PLACE REVIEWS

My 92 year old mom moved into Chartwell Imperial Place Retirement Residence in November 2023, and is very happy with her decision. All of the staff have been great and Nicola and Rodney were wonderful to work with, and took great care of us and my mom from our very first contact up to the day of moving in. This facility is clean and very well maintained. Our family is extremely grateful! Highly recommend!

Bright shiny and new! Moms new apartment is exactly what she wanted. She’s in a convenient location, easy access and very central to her needs. The staff is super friendly and organized with Lots of fun activities to keep everyone engaged and happy. I would recommend Chartwell for a place to enjoy every day living, in fact this is a comeback for mom as she lived with me through covid and was happy to return to her home with lots of friends around to share laughs and meals with, bingo and crafts and so much more.

My experiences everytime I visit my gramma is great! Everyone seems helpful and happy! The last time I was there with my little kids, it was lunch time and they were given lunch with juice plus a few little treasures. Can’t wait to be back for another visit!

We could not be happier with the care that is being given to our mother. She has lots of visitors, (including family) who pop in and out unexpectedly and they all say the same thing. The staff is wonderful! We couldn't recommend Elim Village Full Care more highly! Everyone who we have encountered is focussed on making our mother (and us) feel happy and part of the community.

My Mum has been a resident for a year and a half, and I can report that I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the line staff at Elim Village. I make effort to visit my Mum daily, and I witness unrelenting care, respect, and love directed at residents. Westminster House is a warm and welcoming residence for your loved one. All the staff go above and beyond to be kind, caring, and supportive, not only to the residents, but also to the extended family. My mother thrived, both mentally and physically, during her stay. Sadly, she has passed on, but her memories and experiences at Westminster House were cherished. I am so grateful she was in a loving environment.

I highly recommend Westminster House. The staff are amazing, they provide excellent care and attention to the residents. The suites, food and facilities are wonderful. We feel very fortunate that our parents live here.

staff is very friendly, home like feel at this care home, management is easy to talk to and they get the job done! Definitely a place to put your loved one!
