Jamie and his team just completed a back yard update at our South Surrey home. Jamie responded promptly to our initial query asking for landscaping services. He visited the house and we reviewed our ideas for the update. He provided great options and helped complete our vision for the yard. He was friendly, courteous and honest about what could be done. He sent a quote very quickly that was detailed and summarized his work. We were very happy to see that he included details showing that he was fully insured right on the quote. We agreed on the price and he was able to start right away. Jamie, Odin and the team worked tirelessly, even in the rain, and they completed the work on time. No cost overruns and no surprises. Ouellet Landscaping was great to deal with from the first in person meeting with Jamie to go over what my wife and I were looking for. I appreciated his input without trying to oversell us on things. We did a fairly good size deck with paving stones, Trees planted, rail ties installed amoung other jobs. These guys don't take short cuts. All work is done as quoted. We had a vision of what we wanted and it came out Fantastic. I'm one for appreciating good service and workmanship and Jamie and his crew are top notch. A shout out to two workers that did most of our work davit & Odin. Hope I got the spelling right :) These two were super friendly and sure do quality work. If your looking for a GREAT landscaping crew you can't go wrong.

Thrilled with our new backyard. Jamie and his team were responsive, and detailed in helping us make a backyard plan. We were able to get the work done quickly and were really impressed with their level of detail when fixing our muddy mess of a back yard. They left everything spotless when they finished. I am so happy, I have found a gardener I can trust!!!!! James of Ladybug Landscaping trimmed my cedars and did some garden clean up today. I did not know what to expect because I chose Ladybug through online research I had done. I felt fairly confident with my choice because the previous reviews of James’ workmanship were good. The negative reviews were all based on James not doing a ‘job unseen, over the phone estimate’. That actually made me happy. I believe that an accurate estimate can only be given AFTER a proper review of the task is performed. When James arrived he was very personable, respectful and HONEST. We discussed a number of my garden plants and I was very impressed with his knowledge. He knew the name, Latin and common, of every plant we discussed as well as the optimum growing requirements. James did a great job trimming the hedge and cleaning up the worksite. In addition I found his fee to be very reasonable. I will definitely use Ladybug Landscaping again.

Met James about a month ago and shared my idea of what I wanted to do and the Ladybug Team arrived and did exactly what I wanted and were all so professional and friendly. Had the hedge also given a very big trim on top which was not easy to do, but they handled the difficult situation beautifully. The sitting area is perfect and all of my old red bricks were used in other parts of my garden. Very happy!! All done in one day....perfect.
