I highly recommend Sharon Grant and the hypnotherapy services she offers. I saw Sharon about managing unwanted weight gain and food cravings caused by a corticosteroid medication. Sharon used the virtual gastric band technique on me and it has worked wonders. Not only have I lost 11 pounds in eight weeks, I have been able to safely taper off the steroid medication. This was my first experience with this type of hypnotherapy, I did not know what to expect or if it would work. I am astonished at the results! I got so much more out of it than weight loss, I managed to get off the steroid medication I have been trying to taper for over two years, and my overall health has improved exponentially. Sharon is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted at what she does. Her manner is warm, welcoming and inviting. She is an exceptional listener and deeply intuitive.
