Just had my first session with Chris, and I feel hopeful that this treatment will help me. He had an intuitive understanding of my issue and I felt comfortable even though it was my first time trying hypnotherapy. Left the session feeling energized and looking forward to the rest of my sessions. Will update my review with more details at the end of my treatment for those considering this therapy. Edit: Just finished my 4th session with Chris. He is incredibly skilled at what he does and I highly recommend him for dealing with fear of public speaking or other life challenges. He is easy to relate to and is a great listener. He understood my issue and its nuances very well. He has been helpful setting me up with good advice and healthy habits that he then reinforced with hypnotherapy. It is not a magical treatment, it is a realistic/common sense approach and I gained a lot from it. I still have work to do, but I am on the right track and have made more progress in a shorter period of time with Chris than a much longer period of psychotherapy. I’d say the two are complementary, but if you are feeling stuck and need help taking action quickly and sticking to it this is a great option. Thanks Chris!

Calling to inquire about the services I spoke with Dave this was on a Saturday, he matched me with Chris who was able to see me the very next day it was important to initiate the services for me as soon as possible as this was a gift to myself for Mother's Day and I was able to quit on that exact date. The first appointment with Chris had a profound impact and so did the 5 sessions that followed. I am greatful to the team and Chris i am almost 3 months in with zero urge/desire to pick up a cigarette.

I've had 3 hypnotherapy sessions with Tara and she is amazing! She has turned a few things around for me. I love the way she has personalized the sessions toward me.
