I just completed my second degree Reiki course at the Wellness Centre and it went very well. Wendy is a highly knowledgeable Reiki Master who covered all bases and gave me the confidence I needed to continue my Reiki journey. I've had the pleasure of knowing Wendy Armstrong of the Wellness Center for approximately 15 years. She has assisted me on several occasions with wellness issues, the most important helping me to finally quit smoking. I had tried many times using different methods over the past two decades but could never get control of the nicotine addiction. With only a couple of visits, Wendy guided me through the process of hypnotherapy to become a non-smoker. It's been about three years and I haven't looked back.
