Janet is a colour/interior design whiz! She is professional, efficient, and talented. We have used her services three times and highly recommend her. She helped us first stage our home for sale. It sold for more than a better positioned neighbour and for more money. She worked with the existing pieces we had in our home to shift them into more welcoming spaces. Her recommendations were low cost which we appreciated. Next, she helped us choose an interior paint colour for our new home that mixed our modern grey furniture with our cream and mocha home home/accents. Finding the right shade of grey-beige for the main area and a light blue (not a baby room blue) for the bathrooms, gave us confidence in the colour choice when the painters came in. Knowing Janet’s quality, we called her in when making the decision on our exterior house painting colour. With brick, river stone and grey cinder blocks, Janet helped find the perfect colour to blend all three very bold decor choices. Will definitely reach out to use her services for our next project too.

Janet was so great to work with! I was nervous at first as I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do with my new condo specifically, but Janet walked me through slowly and patiently and quickly came up with ideas based on things that I liked (random pictures she asked me to bring her). She worked within my budget and was very responsive in her communication. I am also not very adventurous in general, but I trusted her suggestions for things that were a bit outside of my comfort zone – and they worked out fabulously! I am so happy with her work and would recommend her to anyone looking for a decorator.

My husband and I were looking for an interior designer to help us with our new home - with expecting a child and having a toddler running around we could not do it on our own as we didn't even know where to start. Janet came in for the initial consultation and impressed us at how prepared she was to meet with us, talk to us about what was important to us, colors that we wanted and take measurements etc. We gave Janet a time frame and our budget and she did very well with making us come in at budget and it was even completed before our timeframe! We'd like to thank Janet for her patience with us as we would have a hard time deciding on certain items like a coffee table - but Janet kept sending us options and pulled through with one that we absolutely LOVE! She knew exactly what pieces of furniture would work with what we already had and added pieces that would complement. We have received many compliments from guests with how everything looks and we always say our interior decorator did it - if we did it ourselves it wouldn't be so put together. We will definitely work with Janet again when we furnish our basement and help us put together our kids rooms.
